How does it work? 
Each client is scheduled for a one-on-one meeting at our office with an experienced career coach.  During this 55-minute session, we will cover our impact training material to ensure full understanding of these new, out of the box career strategies and techniques.  After that, specific focus will be given to you and your career challenges and goals.  By the end of the session you will have a clear roadmap, step-by-step strategies, and a balanced perspective to help you transition to a high impact career search.

How many sessions will it take? 
Unlike traditional career coaching and consulting plans, our program is designed to provide you with new strategies and techniques that can be applied to your career search immediately following our initial session.    Rarely is it necessary, however additional sessions can be scheduled for more advanced coaching on a specific service. 
 
How do I schedule a session? 
Our staff has the flexibility to schedule coaching sessions that are convenient for you.  In addition to the traditional 9am – 5pm office hours, we also offer late evening and weekend appointments.  Call our office at 205-370-4532 to schedule an appointment today.

This sounds great – but is it expensive? 
Our program is designed to meet the immediate need of the professional looking to enhance their career or gain employment.  We’ve eliminated a lot of the traditional fluff and will deliver impact strategies at a fraction of the cost of a resume and cover letter package alone.  NO – we’re not expensive at all!
